CAMHRA and Khoj Residency Featured in Condé Nast Traveller India
CAMHRA’s collaboration with Khoj International Artists’ Association has been featured in Condé Nast Traveller India as part of a spotlight on artist residencies across South Asia.
The article highlights the forthcoming Khoj International Residency 2026, a six-week residency taking place in New Delhi from 3 August to 16 September 2026. Developed in collaboration with CAMHRA, the residency brings together artists and researchers working across disciplines to engage with questions of mental health, distress, healing and vitality.
As the article notes, the residency will invite participants to explore how pain, memory, technology and social structures shape contemporary life, creating space for dialogue across artistic, scholarly and lived perspectives. The programme reflects CAMHRA’s commitment to fostering collaborative and experimental approaches to understanding mental health beyond conventional disciplinary boundaries.
The partnership has already generated significant interest, with more than 400 applications received through the open call. During the residency, participants will join a programme of workshops, conversations, studio-based research and public engagement activities developed by Khoj and CAMHRA colleagues.
